16 WARNING SIGNS OF CANCER YOU SHOULDN'T IGNORE
We know that our bodies constantly changes as we grow old. Most of the changes we can see externally are only a part of what really happens to our body. But most of the times we only pay attention to these signs when we are already sick and sometimes the illness is already severe before we have it diagnosed and checked. 1. Unexplained Weight Loss The most common sign that you may have cancer is an unexplained weight loss. This is true in early stages of lung and breast cancer. The weight loss usually comes from cancer cells hinders the functions of the liver. This is also the initial sign that you may have colon or other digestive cancers. 2. Chronic Heartburn Barrett's esophagus or esophageal cancer may show initial signs of chronic heartburn. So if you are experiencing heartburn, have it checked as soon as possible.
3. Bowel Issues If you are experiencing a change in the bowel movements lasting for more than a month, it could be a sign that you have bowel cancer. Jaundice Jaundice or more commonly exhibited by the yellowing of the skin and the whites of the eyes is one of the most evident sign of liver cancer or gall bladder disease.

Unusual Swelling or Lumps in the Body If you notice any unusual lumps or swelling on your breasts, testicles, groin, neck, abdomen, or underarms which does not subside, it may indicate cancer tumors. 12. Changes in Moles Moles are usually harmless, but if you notice they change in size and appearance and starts to cause pain, have it checked by your doctor. It may be cancer that is starting to propagate.
13. Changes in Nails Your nails may also exhibit signs that something is happening with your body. So if you notice that your nails are changing in color or appearance, it may be a sign of several types of cancers, such as skin, liver, or lung cancer. 14. Abdominal Pain If you experience sudden pelvic or lower abdominal pain, which doesn’t go away. It might be ovarian, breast, colon, rectum or uterine cancer. Go and see your doctor.
15. Unexplained Pain If you suffer from chronic and unexplained pain which lasts for about a month, it is usually related with bone or testicular cancer. 16. Abnormal Bleeding If you notice blood in your urine or in your stools, it might mean that you have bladder, kidney, or bowel cancer. For women, bleeding between periods or after menopause might be a sign of uterus cancer.
